Liam is a seasoned, talented, multi-faceted designer and programmer. He has been assigned to design and program several websites for Cushman & Wakefield and I have had the opportunity to collaborate with him on all of them.

Most recently, Liam was contracted to build an interactive development map of the Downtown Central Business District showcasing market data for each development. Following receipt of the assignment, Liam prepared a thorough work proposal outlining in the process, necessary steps and timeline. He then followed up with an office visit where he presented preliminary designs to upper management, showed different options for the functionality and answered all the questions we had for him on the spot.

The base rendering involved drawing many not-yet constructed buildings. He researched and rendered them with ease. He then interpreted complex market data and coded pop out functionality for each development site. He built out code that could be navigated and maintained internally at Cushman & Wakefield. He held an instructional on how the Adobe Animate file was broken out so that we understood how to maintain the site and made himself available for any follow up questions.

Liam was highly-organized, responsive and timely throughout the entire process. We are thrilled with the final product!
